Erika Axani is a South Florida luxury real estate professional with more than 15 years of experience specializing in luxury residential, waterfront and coastal properties throughout Fort Lauderdale, Broward County and Palm Beach County. With a focus on properties valued at $1 million and above, she represents discerning buyers, sellers, investors and developers across some of South Florida's most sought-after communities.

Affiliated with Florida Luxurious Properties, Broward County's #1-ranked private luxury brokerage, Axani has established a strong track record in the high-end market. She was named one of the Top 25 Real Estate Agents in Broward County in 2021 and was recognized as the Top Selling Agent at Florida Luxurious Properties in both 2019 and 2020. Her industry accomplishments have also earned her national recognition, including being featured on the cover of Top Agent Magazine.

Throughout her career, Axani has sold more than $500 million in properties. Her career is distinguished by her in-depth knowledge of the South Florida luxury market, strategic approach to marketing and ability to successfully position multimillion-dollar properties for local, national and international buyers. Her experience encompasses waterfront estates, oceanfront residences, luxury condominiums, new developments and select commercial opportunities.

Beyond real estate, Axani is deeply involved in the South Florida community. She is a member of United Way's Alexis de Tocqueville Society and serves on its cabinet, and is involved with MISSION UNITED and Women United. She also supports the American Heart Association, including serving as Chair of the Broward Go Red for Women Luncheon. A longtime South Florida resident, Axani brings extensive knowledge of the region and its communities to her work. She is also a proud mother of twins.
